Ensure your film is safely packed. Use a padded envelope or a small box to protect it during transit. - Fill Out the Submission Form
Complete our online Film Submission Form. This helps us understand your specific requirements and process your film accurately. - Send or Drop Off Your Film
- Mail-In: Send your film to [PO Box Here]. We recommend you get tracking on any mail-in film.
- In-Person Drop-off: Visit us at 650 Crown St Surry Hills and drop off your film directly.
Remember, properly preparing and submitting your film ensures that it is handled with care and processed accurately.
Terms and Conditions for The Lightroom Sydney’s Mail-In Service
Responsibility for Damage or Loss
The Lightroom Sydney will exercise utmost care in handling and processing your film. However, we are not liable for any accidental damage or loss that occurs during transit to our facility. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a postage method that is both tracked and insured.
Package Condition
The Lightroom Sydney is not responsible for damage to films resulting from inadequate packaging or adverse conditions during transit. Please ensure your film is securely packaged to prevent any damage.
Identification and Labeling
For efficient processing, clearly label your film with your name and contact information before mailing it to us. Films that are not properly labeled may face processing delays or may not be processed at all.
Unclaimed Items
Films that are mailed to The Lightroom Sydney and remain unclaimed, unidentified, or unprocessed for more than 90 days will be subject to disposal at our discretion. Please ensure you collect your processed films promptly and maintain regular contact regarding any unprocessed items.
Right to Refuse Service
The Lightroom Sydney reserves the right to refuse service for any film that is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of the rights of others.
